Supporting your drive toward CNCI
CNCI (Certified Network Cable Installer) accreditation is designed to raise standards within the data cabling sector: and Bauhaus is with you all the way.
CNCI is the first official certification for the network cabling industry. Designed to raise the level of skills for cabling professionals (and, of course, provide evidence of this), CNCI is set to become de rigour within a few years.
Bauhaus is right behind this. For more than a decade, we’ve built our business on providing the very best people – people with exemplary data cabling skills and experience. So, the creation of CNCI is something we wholeheartedly support.
What is CNCI?
CNCI is a new certification for network cabling professionals. It’s designed to ensure that data cabling professionals have a proven ability to do their job. Find out more about CNCI
Additionally, those successfully undertaking the CNCI training and certification will become BTEC-qualified for fibre and copper cabling.
Bauhaus and CNet
We’re both actively promoting and supporting CNCI, moving with the sector to embrace this new certification. At the same time, we’re ensuring that our contractors move to adopt this standard in line with the market. Of course, as a quality-driven company, we believe that all of our contractors already work to the high standards expected of a CNCI-certified person –with CNCI providing very much an additional layer of affirmation for clients.
Contact us to talk about your needs
Those wishing to hire CNCI-certified people, or data cabling professionals in general, are welcome to contact us to chat about their needs. We’ll be happy to work with you towards a CNCI-accredited workforce.

Clients
Why organisations choose Bauhaus
We believe that a recruitment specialist should be so dependable, you almost forget that it’s there
Clients choose to come back to us time and time again. We think it’s not just because ‘we must be doing something right’, but more because we never get complacent.
We don’t waste our clients’ time
It’s all too easy for a recruitment company to fire off a dozen CVs for each client’s job request. It impresses no one. The key value a recruitment company can provide is to save the client time – we typically submit 2–3 CVs per role and we only ever submit candidates who can do the job. It’s no surprise, then, that many of our clients just trust our recommendations – because we simply don’t let them down, waste their time or give them the runaround.
Geared for speed
We have robust systems which enable us to quickly match the best people to each job, backed by a service ethic that leads the industry. We’re flexible and work in the way each client wants us to.
A quality service that you can trust
Here at Bauhaus, we pride ourselves on supplying leading candidates and we never compromise on quality. Our focus is hiring the people who can make a clear difference to our clients; those who not only provide an excellent service, but are experts in their field. In our experience, that’s the key to success.
Competitive pricing
This goes without saying. While we offer a premium service, we don’t charge premium rates. We’re always competitive.
We’re highly committed
Bauhaus has a reputation that’s built on our commitment – a commitment to deliver exceptional service, always; a level of service that we believe sets the benchmark in the industry.
Our clients value our experience
Each of our clients works directly with someone who has a proven track record of recruitment and experience of working in their sector. Experience: there’s no substitute for it.
It’s vital to really know our clients
Each client’s needs are different. Each company works in different ways. One of the things which sets Bauhaus apart is the way in which we proactively learn about each of our clients – in order to service their needs in the best way possible. We value every client and always respond quickly and professionally.
Candidate-quality assurance
We work hard to check our candidates’ work history, qualifications and right to work. Every candidate is fully reference-checked (a minimum of two work-related references), we obtain copies of relevant certificates/qualifications, verify the right to work and, where the role requires it, obtain DBS checks. In short, we aim to be as thorough as our clients would be.
UK strength, European capability, global reach
The core of our business comes from the United Kingdom and mainland Europe – and we often deliver people into roles in the Middle East.
