Data Cabling Engineer

Data Cabling Engineers Required – Chester, Cheshire

Bauhaus Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Data Cabling Engineers for a long-term industrial site installation project located near Chester, Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure around 3 months of continuous work on a large commercial project, with immediate starts available for the right candidates.

The Role

You'll be working as part of an experienced team carrying out structured cabling installations within industrial environments. Duties will include:

• Installing Cat5e, Cat6 and Cat6a data cabling
• Cable pulling and routing
• Terminating and testing copper cabling
• Working from drawings and installation schedules
• Maintaining high installation and health & safety standards

Requirements

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Data Cabling Engineer
• ECS or CSCS card
• Own tools and PPE
• IPAF licence (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver quality installations

Contract Information

• Location: Chester, Cheshire
• Duration: Approximately 3 months
• Start: Immediate
• Payment: Weekly
• Rates: Competitive, depending on experience
