Working Supervisor – Data Cabling (SSSTS/SMSTS) | Hayes
Duration: Minimum 4 Weeks
Location: Data Centre Project, Hayes

We are seeking a Working Supervisor with structured cabling experience for a data centre project in Hayes. The role involves hands-on installation work while leading a small team of engineers on site.

Scope of Work:

  • Supervising and assisting engineers on copper and fibre installations
  • Terminating and testing Cat6/Cat6a and OM3/OM4/OS2 fibre
  • Ensuring compliance with RAMS and maintaining health and safety standards
  • Communicating with site contacts and managing daily progress

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS certification
  • ECS or CSCS card
  • Proven data centre cabling experience
  • IPAF (preferred)
  • Own hand tools and full PPE
  • Strong team leadership and communication skills
