- Programme Manager (Structured Cabling)
Bauhaus Recruitment are looking for a Programme Manager for a Structured Cabling company based in Sheffield. This is a hybrid role, meaning you can work from home or from the office.
The ideal Programme Manager will have a strong demonstrable backgroundworking with structured cabling/IT Infrastructure. They will control the overall management of a team in in the delivery of a revenue stream consisting of multi-disciplined projects. Taking account of the technical, commercial and managerial requirements of the projects. The Programme Manager will ensure that profitability is maintained or improved through effective leadership, high quality customer service and management of relevant support functions allocated to the projects, e.g. planning, commercial.

Key Competencies:- Proven track record in the delivery and management of of data and fibre cabling customer service projects.
- Ability to commercially track projects
- Excellent project planning and people management skills
- Good Commercial and Negotiation Skills and ability to control project finances
- Knowledge of procedures and processes including NEC3 and JCT contracts
- Excellent technical datacomms knowledge & understanding
- Strong financial understanding of Profit and Loss Accounting
- The ability to delegate tasks and motivate teams to achieve their goals
- Good internal and external communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work and manage in high pressure and time critical situations
- Ability to Deliver results, to think around potential obstacles and meet objectives
Training and Qualifications:- Full UK Driving License
- ECS/CSCS Card for Managers
- Project Management Certification, e.g APM, PRINCE 2 or CTPM
- Minimum GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
