Ideal Candidate:
The main purpose of the role is to manage the design team based in Manchester. You will be required to have:
• Experience working with telecommunications and mobile networks such as 3G & 4G
• Strong managerial background, this includes mentoring, training, professional development and support
• Experience of Design analysis with suggestions on how to improve productivity
• Proven track record of managing CAD teams
• Technical background so you can hold your own in client meetings
• Must be able to write technical documents
• A keen eye for new business opportunities with new and existing clients
• Qualification in Engineering or relevant design management experience
• Proven experience at a Design Manager or Senior Design Engineer level within the telecommunications industry
