Our clients:
Our clients include leading global telecommunications, telecoms providers, telecoms infrastructure and networking organisations. Our clients require Design Managers who are fully accredited and who work to the highest standards.
Locations:
We are currently resourcing for Design Managers in Manchester.
Ideal Candidate:
The main purpose of the role is to manage the design team based in Manchester. You will be required to have:
· Experience working with telecommunications and mobile networks such as 3G & 4G
· Strong managerial background, this includes mentoring, training, professional development and support
· Experience of Design analysis with suggestions on how to improve productivity
· Proven track record of managing CAD teams
· Technical background so you can hold your own in client meetings
· Must be able to write technical documents
· A keen eye for new business opportunities with new and existing clients
· Qualification in Engineering or relevant design management experience
· Proven experience at a Design Manager or Senior Design Engineer level within the telecommunications industry
