Ideal candidate
IT operations are a crucial aspect of all organisations and it is crucial that that business continuity is maintained at all times at the same time as allowing the ongoing upgrade of the voice and data infrastructure. Our ideal Data Engineer will have the experience of the following:
- The main responsibilities will be to install, terminate and test cat6, cables into cabinets
- You will be required to dress cables from high level into the back of cabinets
- Installation of all types of containment such as conduit, trunking, tray and baskets
Candidate qualifications and attributes
- ECS/CSCS Card - Essential
- IPAF Card 3a + 3b - Essential
- Skilled to work with a large range of hand and power tools to assemble wiring and telecoms equipment
- Will possess a complete set of own hand and power tools required for the role
- Candidates must be able to provide references
- Candidates must be able to provide examples of similar works completed
